The design proposal for the new Amazon headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, will be visually defined by The Helix: a spiral, mountain-shaped tower with two exterior landscaped walking paths.
The project includes three elements: a large underground transit hub, expansive plazas and parkland amenities, and a faithful reconstruction of the site’s historical train station.
Dubbed the ReefLine, the 7 mi offshore public park will also function as an artificial reef to preserve and protect marine life and bolster coastal resilience.
