Gerry Galloway Jr., Ph.D., P.E., Hon.D.WRE, Dist.M.ASCE
A 2008 OPAL award winner, Galloway continues to develop innovative solutions to water management problems, even into his 80s.
Andres Lepage, P.E., S.E., M.ASCE
The native of Venezuela teaches at the University of Kansas, where he has led research teams that developed code changes for high-strength rebar.
Ehab Amin Meselhe, M.ASCE
Meselhe is a one-man interchange of technical knowledge, research, collaboration, and communication as he continues striving toward water solutions for the Mississippi River region in Louisiana.
Todd Orbus, M.ASCE
A project director for Kiewit Infrastructure West, Orbus led the replacement of spillways at California’s Oroville Dam in less than two years.
